Ingredients

  • 1 kg of ground beef
  • 1 package of onion cream
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 200 g of ham
  • Oregano to taste

Preparation mode

  • In a bowl, mix the meat, onion cream, and the egg.
    Roll out on plastic or parchment paper until it is a finger thick.
  • Top with mozzarella, ham and oregano
  • Wrap with the help of plastic
  • Squeeze the limbs so that it does not open when baking.
  • Bake in the oven capped with aluminum foil for 30 minutes,
  • Then remove the paper and leave until golden brown.
