Diet for Tuesday

Lose weight by applying each of these foods on Tuesday.

Breakfast: 200 ml of skim milk and 30 g of bread.

Mid-morning: an orange.

Lunch: salad of lettuce, lentils with chard, potatoes and carrots and an infusion.

Snack: a pear

Dinner: couscous with vegetables and one-egg French omelette.
