Wash and peel the apple, cut it into small pieces. Wash the grapes well, cut them in half and remove the seeds.
Put the apple and the grapes with skin in a saucepan and add a little water just to cover them. Cook for 15 minutes so that the fruit softens.
Take the fruit out of the saucepan and put it in the blender glass. Cut the tangerine in half and squeeze a little juice over the fruit (careful not to let the seeds fall out). Blend well and add tangerine juice little by little until you achieve the desired texture.

If you buy seedless grapes you can make the porridge even faster.
The skin of the grapes makes the texture of this porridge a bit “rough”. If your baby doesn’t like it, you can peel them but you lose a large part of the fiber that promotes intestinal transit and relieves constipation.
You can also use orange juice instead of tangerine.
